The highest room in the house, set apart on its own deck above the pool.

Wakes early. The sun clears the headland and lands directly on the bed.

Quiet and cool, cut into the slope behind the main pavilion.

Slide the doors and step straight into the water.

Is the estate booked exclusively?

Always. Raresweet is only ever let to one party at a time — all seven suites, the grounds and the staff are yours.

What is the minimum stay?

Three nights, rising to five nights over peak season and seven nights across the year-end period.

How many guests can stay?

Sixteen adults across seven suites. Additional children can be accommodated on request.

Is staff included?

Yes — a private chef, house manager, housekeeping and security are included in the nightly rate.

How do we get there?

Roughly three hours by private car from the international airport, or forty minutes by helicopter. Transfers are arranged for you.

How do we hold dates?

Send an enquiry with your dates. We hold them for 72 hours while terms are confirmed; a 30% deposit secures the stay.
